You may have heard that meditation is a great tool to reduce stress and anxiety, as well as improves concentration, the immune system and connect you to a place of harmony and peace. Now what?! I am certified as a yoga and meditation teacher and offer guided meditations and relaxation techniques to help you connect to your inner peace. From beginners to intermediate classes, the meditation technique will be targeted towards your personal goal.

I am a yoga and meditation teacher based in San Diego. Have been practicing since 2011 and teaching since 2016. I also graduated from San Diego State University in communication, and continue to practice and facilitate non-violence communication. These practices aside from bringing me so much clarity, health, compassion and self-knowledge, also connected me to a deeper peace and inner fulfillment. Since then, I decided to share with others a lighter way of living life. Hope I can support your development, and help you connect to your own fulfillment. Namaste!

Marcella has many qualities and i believe she is able to channel them into her practices, turning the whole environment very chill and encouraging. I personal deal with a very anxious mind, but during  Marcella’s classes i can feel that my mind have some moments of silence. Those moments of silence are really precious to me and words cannot really describe them. 
Marcella’s practice is a quiet of an experience for anybody that is looking to taste the beauty beyond yourself.

I loved the guided meditation experience online. I was able to focus entirely on Marcella, and it seemed like we were in front of each other.
