Chef Marc S. has been an excellent instructor in the entire spectrum of cuisine from baking to multiple regional styles. I have learned a tremendous amount of both technical and artistic skills, including knife skills and proper food handling. I would highly recommend Chef Marc S to anyone wanting to develop their skills in the kitchen; from novice to experienced, you can't go wrong with Chef Marc S.
