· Violin · In home I am an experienced pianist and flutist, but I wanted to learn the violin for the sake of my soul! Ms. Madeline was able to craft a custom-designed lesson plan that perfectly matched my own needs and musical level. She is fun, laughs a lot, and the lesson flies by. I'm inspired to practice, and can't wait until our next lesson. I am especially impressed with her own level of musical ability, as I have seen her perform in numerous orchestra, ballet and opera performances. She is a gem!
· Violin · In home I played guitar in middle school and began to learn violin in 10th grade. Madeline helped me learn scales and studies, and encouraged me to practice by awarding me with special arrangements (my favorites being Lord of the Rings and the Legend of Zelda theme songs.) As a freshman in college now, I'm studying biology but still participating in a local community orchestra. Madeline made lessons fun, and helped me with my AP music theory homework too. Strongly recommended.
· Violin · In home My daughter, 7 years old, started learning the violin about a year ago, and she absolutely loves her violin lessons with Ms. Madeline! Ms. Madeline is a patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable teacher. She even helped us buy our first violin! I strongly recommend her.
