I have been playing the violin since I was nine years old and for me it became a part of my life which I could not imagine being without. The violin is one of my oldest and best friends. I love watching students discover how to find joy and fulfillment in playing. I love to see how students can blossom with the simplest of tunes because simple is sometimes the most beautiful. People often ask if they can actually learn, especially as an an adult, and I always tell them that if they really love it they can do it. Of course, it also takes a lot of commitment and hard work.
