I love music. Since you're taking the time to read this, chances are you (or your kid) do too. My goal as a teacher is to bring out the best in each individual student. Every musician has a unique voice. Some teachers devise lessons for students with a "one-size-fits-all" mentality. I know from my experience that this does not work for all students because everyone learns differently and wants to learn different things. As your teacher, I will make my lesson plan fit exactly what you want and need as a student. My lessons focus on technique and musicality, and I will teach you exactly what you need to become the best musician you can be.

Hey! My name is Leo Yucht. I have been playing drums since I was in 3rd grade. I love music! I have played a lot of different styles over the years. When I was younger, I played a lot of Punk, Rock, and Hip-Hop. I became interested in jazz in high school, and I attended William Paterson University in New Jersey from 2013-2017. I got my degree in Jazz Performance. I perform regularly in the New York/New Jersey area. I hope that I can share some of what I've learned about music with you.
