    Hi yogis! My name is Lauren and I want to help you bring mindful movement back into your life. I am a certified 200Hr Yoga Teacher, 85Hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher, certified Pilates instructor, and professional dancer living in New York City. In my classes, I integrate elements of my Pilates and yoga training to find that balance of stretch and strength, and build a flow that encourages students to enter their peak pose with confidence. Whether I'm teaching a vinyasa flow, a yoga sculpt, or a prenatal class, I emphasize that a yoga practice is truly a complete mind-body experience for everybody and every body. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or learning to do your first downward dog, you will find a positive and encouraging atmosphere in my classes.
