Winner of the NJ Governor's Award in Arts Education, Katherine holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Violin Performance from two of the top music conservatories in the country and performs with professional orchestras all over Florida including the Sarasota Orchestra, the Jacksonville Symphony, the Naples Philharmonic and the Orlando Philharmonic. With over 10 years of experience teaching students of all ages, from 4 years old to adult, she has taught private and group lessons as well as coached chamber groups in the South Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago and South Florida areas. In addition to her year-round private studio, Katherine spends her summers serving as artist faculty at the Dali Quartet International Music Festival in Philadelphia and the Porterville Strings Summer Workshop in California.
