Classical Piano with Julie L.

I am a professional pianist with a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Juilliard School, and currently working on my Doctoral of Musical Arts at Manhattan School of Music. I have worked with several world-renowned pianists including Robert McDonald, Horacio Gutierrez, and Haesun Paik. Their influence not only helped me develop as a pianist but also taught me how to teach and showed me the impact of truly masterful teacher can have on their students. I serve as a piano faculty member at Bronx Conservatory of Music and Lindeblad School of Music, in addition to teaching private students. I have taught students at varying levels of experience and from varying backgrounds, ranging from 4-year-old to adult. Some of them had their very first piano lesson with me and others are promising concert pianists at Juilliard pre-college.
