I am a professional musician. I perform as a live bassist for approximately 200 shows a year, as well as working as a session musician on about 30 songs per year. I also work as a local marching band director. Students should expect to improve week to week in their fingering techniques and expression, as well as musical knowledge. These are the foundations for a successful music career. The genres I work the most in are: Jazz, R&B, Blues, Pop, Hip Hop, and Gospel. Although these are considered my strengths, the methods I teach can be applied to any genre or type of performance. I look forward to meeting you and helping you to become a better musician!
