Growing up in an environment surrounded by many beliefs, my personal struggle had always been understanding the point of it all. Why we live the way we do, why we speak the way we do, why we act the way we do, and especially why we love the way we do. We live in a world where Good powers everything. Unfortunately, we get playful and forgetful and transform our Goodness to something else, something foreign. When we understand to balance and harmonize, ultimate peace is obtained. And the only place that can happen is within your soul. I am a certified Yoga of Mystics teacher at Curative Yoga Pasadena and have been teaching for the past 5 years. My classes include a range from traditional Hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, to a passive and relaxing restorative practice. Depending on the needs of your physical, mental, and emotional bodies, we can choreograph a personal practice and begin the healing process in a natural way.
