As a personal trainer who is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) I am equipped with the knowledge to conduct a thorough assessment, taking note of muscular imbalances, and create a custom workout plan for you. This plan will include corrective exercises where needed, stabilization, muscular endurance, muscle-building, weight management, as well as other aspects of fitness in order to get you in the best shape of your life.

I've worked in the health and fitness industry since 2007, helping clients with everything from weight-loss/ weight-management to sports performance. I do not use a default workout for everyone; rather I create a custom routine based on your personal assessment. This ensures that you as the client receive the best care possible.
