My teaching is all about tapping into the personality, creativity, and emotional expressiveness of each individual student, combined with a dedication to the art of problem solving.

From young players to senior citizens, and from the many who have achieved All-County and All-State honors to those whose goal is simply to fill their hearts with music, I’m so grateful to all of my students for the joy they’ve brought me through working with them.

About Jarrett H.

Teaching philosophy:

My teaching is all about tapping into the personality, creativity, and emotional expressiveness of each individual student, combined with a dedication to the art of problem solving.

From young players to senior citizens, and from the many who have achieved All-County, All-State, and NYSSMA honors to those whose goal is simply to fill their hearts with music, I’m so grateful to all of my students for the joy they’ve brought me through working with them.

My clarinet studio is based in Northern Westchester County, NY. I'm also on the faculty of the Cortlandt School of Performing Arts and the Music Conservatory of Westchester, and have been a guest teacher at the Manhattanville College Clarinet Day.

I love meeting new people! Get in touch and set up a free trial lesson.
