Hello! My name is Jacob Neville, and I am currently a band director in Baltimore County, Maryland. I love video games, cooking, poetry and pets! As someone who has many experiences with different subjects, I believe that there is always more than one way to teach something, and if one way is not working, there is a better way to teach the subject to the student. While it is important to learn the content of the lesson, I also believe it is important to get to know my students, ask them about their week, and facilitate their needs accordingly so that the student is comfortable at all times.
