It's important for each student to learn the fundamentals of yoga. Understanding the importance of our breathing and how it relates to our movements. Learning the benefits to our body, mind, and spirit. 

Students can avoid injury or unfavorable group class experiences by understanding verbal cues and basic poses. 

With online classes you will have one on one sessions personalized to your current physical condition. 

My name is Iris, I have been practicing yoga since 2000. With more than 200 hours of teacher training under my belt, I have been teaching since 2015.  Sharing my passion with people curious about yoga ignites my soul. I teach regularly in Ocean Beach, California.

I teach group yoga classes twice a week in Ocean Beach, California. My favorite teaching style is a gentle flow. 

I practice Vinyasa yoga flows daily. My current personal yoga goals are to be able to do a hand stand by the end of this year. Volunteering at my local downtown studio each week allows me to get to know the community I practice daily with.
