My name is Hillary (RYT-200) and I have been practicing yoga for six years now. I specialize in helping beginner yoga students being able to develop their practice. My classes are slow and evenly paced, with a focus on using props, plenty of modifications, and proper alignment. I was also diagnosed with undifferentiated connective tissue disease, which presents itself as Lupus in early Feb of 2018. While the diagnosis was hard to take at first, it has also taught me a lot, and I am now in a unique position to help others who may be suffering from joint pain, muscle pain and weakness, as well as fatigue. I understand that all bodies are different, and like to cater to each student's particular needs. Meet me for coffee or tea and we can come up with a game plan to aid you in your practice. Available for vinyasa yoga, hatha, restorative, chair yoga, and yin yoga.
