Overview

I have always been passionate about music and combined with my love for being able to teach people I wanted to pursue a career as a music teacher. I adore music and find great joy in helping children see the beauty of music. I am dedicated to what I do, as the drive to do what I want to comes from my heart.
I have had a variety of teaching experiences with students at all levels beginning in Yavne community center in Israel, where for 4 years I was a clarinet teacher. I gained experience there working with individuals, small group and a whole class. I was also clarinet teacher and coordinator at the “Sulamot” – Music for Social Change, a program for at risk children at the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra. There I recognized the important of tolerance and trust and successfully developed positive relationship with the children in the program.
I also have experience teaching in New York at KIPP Infinity Middle School.

Hila is a great teacher. I learned quite a bit from her. She is very patient and I enjoyed her teaching methodology.
