My yoga journey began 3 years ago with home practices in my backyard. Slowly falling in love with the practice and travel, my adventure began in Sydney, Australia. Here I received my 200 hr YTT certificate at Power Living Yoga Australia, specializing in Vinyasa flow and a deep appreciation of incorporating self-love and mindfulness into my yoga practice, and sharing it with others. I now facilitate yoga basics, yoga flow and hot yoga classes weekly. I enjoy traveling, spending time on the weekends at local markets, fresh coffee and green juice.
