I started Tai Chi classes with George King several years ago. The practice has helped me with balance and opened my mind to the concept of energy and connectedness. I will continue this unique journey into the future.

My balance has improved with Tai Chi practice, and I plan on continuing to work on Tai Chi and meditation with George.
