I am a professional trombonist who teaches and actively performs in the Northern New Jersey area. I graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor's of Music Education, with a concentration in trombone. Trombone students can expect to see weekly improvements in their fundamentals. These include sound production, tone quality, slide technique, and articulation. I teach students how to create a relaxed sound that's free from tension and how to create their unique sound. I can help any student play trombone with confidence, freedom, and expression. I teach trombonists of all ages and experience levels. I have studied classical trombone for 20 years. I can teach students to read music and pursue excellence as a musician. As a trombonist, I perform regularly in parades, in pit orchestras for local productions of musicals, and community bands and orchestras. I love to mentor students who want to become effective, dynamic musicians. My passion lies in honing my skills as a trombonist, and I firmly believe that great technique is essential to success. I look forward to meeting you and helping you become a better trombonist!
