I am endlessly enthusiastic about the amazing power of food to change the world, one bite at a time. Flavorful, nurturing dishes can be easy and affordable, and I love to share the techniques that make this possible.
Ever since I made my mom a play-doh birthday cake at age three, then graduated to pressing down peanut butter cookies with the tines of a fork, I've been fascinated by the way food reflects our emotions, our celebrations, and our joy for life.
From setting up a proper pantry, to creating a balanced menu, to delving into the world of herbs and spices, to exploring All-American classics and international cuisine, I think it can all be a delightful adventure. I love to share good food with friends and family, and I really believe what we eat is one of the most powerful choices we can make, both for ourselves and for the world we live in. I am looking forward to sharing this wonderful culinary journey with you!
