After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 2012 and Los Angeles Trade Tech In 2010 I’ve maintained my love for the culinary world despite the up’s and down’s that the culinary industry comes with. I’ve worked at the Four seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills as a pastry Chef and other restaurants as a Cook to pay my bills. Being 27yrs old sounds like I may not have “Enough” experience in the Culinary industry compared to the Chefs on Tv with years older than I am of expertise but with me Quality is the most important skill in the kitchen not traveling around the world eating cuisines from ever country and mimicking what you’ve seen. I value the passion that I’ve developed, and learned to appreciate the hard work and dedication that goes into the dishes we love to enjoy daily. There’s something about being able to turn nothing special or ordinary into something divine or different that puts a smile on my face. I’m constantly learning new techniques and cuisines to challenge my abilities and want to help those who desire to learn the same. I’m trying new habits in the kitchen from time to time to change my eating habits because it’s not hard to be addicted to our food cravings lol but ultimately food is love and love is undeniable. I can teach you how to meal prep, cook healthy, save on food cost, cook organic, how to clean your foods before cooking, how to clean as you cook to maintain a clean kitchen, how to put a smile on the faces around you while showing off your cooking skills. I will support you through every step with patience and understanding, and hopefully you’ll see that there is no wrong way to have fun in the kitchen. I don’t have to be your teacher I can be your advisor or your classmate and we can learn from eachother I’ll learn about you and you can ask all the questions you want answers to and you’ll learn about the kitchen.
