Charles is a very capable bassist with a breadth of knowledge in various playing styles. He is an accommodating teacher who is engaging and focuses on the interested of the student. On day one, he was able to diagnose the issues that were plaguing my technique and motivation.

Wonderful teaching with information packed lessons! You will learn more than just the instrument but also a lot about Jazz, Jazz theory, and Jazz conventions. Definitely feel on track with going from zero to Jazz hero with Charles.
