    would like to submit my resume for employment, please call me at your convenience or I will come in at the time designated for a personal interview thank you very much.   GOALS AND PROFICIENCIES:      My goal as an employee is to give my employer the very best that I have to offer, in my knowledge and capabilities and to insure that in the position I am in, that all requirements are met or exceeded.       I have 44 years in the food service industry and have worked every station in the restaurants over the years. I have also have been an owner and chef of 3 restaurants and 1 bakery. I am also a baker and cake creator.       I am well experienced in all facets of cooking and running a kitchen in a restaurant or for catering. I am experienced in meats and fish butchering; from breaking down whole carcasses to cutting steaks. I have cooked and am familiar with worldly cuisine as well as special diets. I have always cooked from scratch! I maintain a garden for fresh vegetables and herbs.       I have a good understanding of nutrition and how foods are used in the body. Cleanliness is important to me as well as proper food rotation. I am current in Servsafe certification.      As with owning establishments in the past, I have an understanding of what it takes to open a new establishment and the day to day business of running the restaurants. I am well versed in sanitation, scheduling, payroll, food cost, portion control and the other aspects of the business.               I have a deep love for cooking and have over the years created many dishes and also learned the many facets of food itself; how it's made, how it is grown, nutrition, the science of cooking and the many other things associated with food and service.      I believe I have much to offer.
