Violin with Ashley B.

I am a violist with 13 years of experience playing stringed instruments specifically violin, viola, and cello. I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Viola Performance and am going on my fourth year of teaching. One-on-one lessons are my favorite and I'm looking forward to working with future string players from beginning to advanced levels. I'm brand new to the Chicago area, and just recently became a member of the Chicago Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra playing viola! I can't wait to start working with you to achieve your goals on your stringed instrument! With experience in teaching violin, viola, and cello, my goal for students is to refine their technique and musicality to the instrument they love! Beginning-advanced students are welcome! We will have engaging lessons, well-rounded with strings technique, music theory, listening skills, and more! Each lesson will be customized to the student's individual needs and we'll have fun in the learning process! Let's grow our strings community!
