Violin with Anneke D.

I am currently enrolled at the Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University studying violin performance under Milwaukee Symphony concertmaster, Frank Almond. Prior to college, I studied as an orchestra major at Denver School of the Arts in Denver, Colorado from grades 6-12. In Denver, I studied privately with the first violinist of the Moscow String Quartet, Eugenia Alikhanova. My accomplishments include performing with the symphony and chamber ensembles of the Western States Honor Orchestras and symphony ensemble of the Colorado All State Orchestras in high school. I have sat concertmaster in the Colorado Young Sinfonia and assistant concertmaster with the Colorado Youth Symphony Orchestra, and I have sat principle second in the Chicago College of Performing Arts Baroque Orchestra. Outside of classical violin, I am currently trying to expand my genres by taking any opportunities and gigs for jazz performances.
