Hello! I am available for in-home, in-studio, and online flexibility lessons and I would absolutely love to help you reach your goals! I began my own flexibility journey in 2013 when I started circus arts and wanted to look more like the professionals with beautiful splits and backbends! I have learned several tips, tricks and methods that, as shown in the before and after pictures of my profile, will greatly improve your flexibility. I specialize teaching different exercises to improve your forward folds, front splits, middle splits, and backbends. My ages taught and availability are flexible (pun intended) depending on your situation. Since I am not a medical professional, and every body is different, I do require a student to have a significant amount of body awareness or previous flexibility training experience.
