I am a yoga instructor, dharma coach, higher ed professional, and most of all passionate about creating meaningful relationships with others. My passion in life is to help people find sustainable systems and approaches so that they can become their healthiest version of themselves and truly find self-love. With the practice of yoga I have been able to take my practice from a physical experience to a spiritual experience and receive the sensation of "coming home to my mat". I would want nothing more to spread and teach yoga onto others so that they can become their best versions of themselves.
