Guitar with Aaron T.

I am extremely passionate about music, and even more passionate about helping others. To combine the two through providing musical instruction is something I have always enjoyed. I have been playing guitar and drums for over a decade and teaching for about half of that time. I have a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary, Urban, and Pop Music with guitar as my primary instrument and drums as my secondary. I obtained my degree from Columbia College Chicago. While in school, I also spent much of my time studying songwriting and music production. I have played and toured with many different bands with, performed music from a variety of styles and genres, and spent vast amounts of time in the studio recording and producing myself and various other artists. In terms of teaching lessons, I understand that all students have individual ways of learning and have their own goals in mind in relation to their musical ability. I desire to provide lessons that allow students to reach those goals in the most enjoyable and effective way possible.
