I have been teaching professionally for more than 10 years. I can teach a total beginner and I can guarantee the profound change in his skill level (regardless of his age), after 2 months of the attentive following of my instructions. I like to watch the progress of my student and this is what brings me the best satisfaction in my occupation.
I think that every human being is unique with his own unique way of thinking and perception of the common things. When teaching, I believe in dialogue, for this reason, I never record my lessons on video, except for the promotional needs. I like to meet new students, to understand their way of thinking and to invent the individual teaching approach or methodology for each one of them.
I am an academically trained professional artist with the overall working experience of about 20 years and an impressive record of exhibitions (two of them are museum one-man shows) in the USA and abroad. I am teaching in three languages: ENGLISH, HEBREW and RUSSIAN, representational, realist,

My lessons are taught in the classical tradition, focusing on realism and aesthetics. Students are provided with the practical tools to depict light, form, space, and materiality, as well as with with the conceptual tools to compose compelling artworks that express their personal vision. I tailor my lessons to individual students’ level, from fundamentals to advanced techniques. Through working on their pieces, students learn to master shapes, values, edges, media handling and color-mixing. Advanced students focus on practical application of color theory and on composition design.

I've been doing water color painting for years and would love to help you. For the basics of watercolor you'll learn color theory, how to use paint brushes, techniques etc. The beginner lessons are more organized lessons and structured to go over the basics.
Intermediate lessons are for you to paint and for me to guide you through your work. This is completely up to you.
I teach a variety of subjects, but I am experienced in all of those that I teach. I am open to making your lessons as relevant and specific to your needs. Your lessons are for you - so what are you waiting for let's get started.

I am both self-taught and studied again at various art schools, including the Art Students League of NY, Rhode Island School of Design, and the School of Visual Arts in NYC. I will be receiving my BFA from SVA in mid-2020.
I can help you understand Drawing and Painting inside and out. I can help you understand the key fundamental elements of art that will allow you to make the best works at the very best of your ability. Those fundamental elements of art include color theory, anatomy, perspective, and composition. I even wrote an article about color theory for a street art magazine (Look up "Color Theory" at Up Mag).
I can help you learn how to choose colors for the right situations and contexts. Color is a very complex endeavor, but if you learn it with me you will get to know and see color through experience of using the right colors, and the experience will feed into your perception of choosing the right colors, which will then enhance your experience of using colors, and so on.
Hello! I am very enthusiastic about learning and teaching art. I came to USA from South Korea when I was a kid and wanted to study math and science! But, finding out that I was terrible in those two subjects, I felt unhappy and lost. Art was my way to stand out from the crowd, and it rescued me fro
