I'm Sandra. I've worked with thousands of photographers and designers – from beginners to the best in the business in print, online and video formats. I've helped them find their unique route to achieve their potential. I'm quick, honest, easy to understand; I inspire you, show you steps and help grow. I can help with technical issues but my focus is on helping you see more. In teaching college classes, my main student comment is, "I will never look at anything the same way again."
About Sandra
If you just want to learn software programs or camera operation, go elsewhere. But if you want to learn to SEE and become a true photographer, Sandra is the coach to work with. Although software and hardware are certainly part of our discussion, software and cameras don't make pictures – you, your

With the ease of accessibility with digital photography I believe everyone should have the tool sets needed to make images of those memories set before the camera they have at hand. The magical nature of photography is this great mix of science and creativity and in the 16 plus years I have been honing my craft I have met many that have found the art form and flourished creatively. Join me for lectures, discussions, and tutorials covering the basics and advanced techniques. Stop just taking snapshots and start making images!
About Tristine
Photography and exposure basics, studio photography, and more. I am your go to photo learning gal! Studying photography since early 2000, Tristine has a base of knowledge that is rooted in traditional film photography that has grown and adapted alongside the development of digital photography.

WATERCOLOR PAINTING LESSONS
Abstract Painting uses a visual language of form, color and line to create a composition which may exist with a degree of independence from visual references in the world. Abstract art, non figurative art, nonobjective art, and nonrepresentational art are loosely related terms. They are similar, but perhaps not of identical meaning.
A Complete List of Painting Supplies that every Beginning Watercolor Painter needs
1. Favorite brands Daniel Smith Water-Soluble Oil Paints & Mediums, and Holbein Duo Aqua Water Soluble Oil
2. Proper Painting Brushes
I‘d suggest six total in a range of sizes: two size 2 brushes, two size 6 brushes, and two size 12 brushes. One of each pair should be a flat brush (with a squared-off brush tip) and the other should be a filbert brush (with a slightly rounded tip).
3. Newspaper
4. A charcoal pencil
5. A “palette”
6. Comfortable, messy clothes
7. A painter’s easel
8. Canvas (or other painting surface)
9. Water ...

He even went waaaay beyond the call of duty and helped me get into college at Lansing Community College. He walked me through the application, even drove and met me at LCC, and sat with me when we talked to the reps. He even helped me look for scholarships and gave me advise on financial aid! This guy is a saint!
