Rhythm guitar, picking patterns and reading notes on the guitar are all taught.

About Kathryn

Kathy believes that variety is the spice of not only life, but also music. Raised singing folk music with a musical family (think accordions, guitars and lots of vocal harmonies), she learned guitar and piano at an early age, but began singing even earlier. Her quest to give the world the best

My experience with Kathy has been great. It's been roughly five months and I learned a lot and I'm also much more confident to sing. Learning the right techniques is crucial. Kathy is extremely patient and she adapts the classes to the student goals and aspirations. English is not my first language and she was also always very respectful and patient in explaining everything twice or maybe three times until I get it.
Kathleen
Kathryn has a terrific demeanor, and provides clear, thoughtful suggestions for technique!

"Thanks a whole bunch, Irina Logra! Everything about your approach oozes professionalism, practice, preparation and perfection in all respects and purposes!!! I was so fortunate to become your student this summer during my holidays in LA, it was the best choice of a tutor I could have ever made, which did open the door to new knowledge and the way to the world of photography. Appreciate so much your tailoring those precious and exciting classes to my practical need in photography for marketing aimed at marketing business business. Your tips in both subtleties and grand scale of composition are priceless. As a beginning photographer I greatly admire your talent of an artist and genuine utmost desire and ability to teach people to see, value, grasp captivating beauty of this world! After your course success in my career just got a boost!

"We feel that we totally lucked out with finding Jason who is a complete gem! He showed up on time and quickly inspired my son with the drawing lessons by having him draw Superheroes! So my son is having a great time with Jason who has a great way of giving feedback and steering Cody using a balance of instructions and positive feedback. Cody is definitely enjoying his lessons and I am seeing real progress. I feel like I did the right thing investing in these lessons and giving Cody a great summer with a wonderful instructor. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Jason for being so great at what you do!"

"I was a beginner and really excited to learn as much as I could about painting. Eileen started me with the very basics of setting up a palette, then we moved on to monochrome paintings, and then paintings with a full palette. She taught me the process of making a painting step by step was what I really wanted to learn. Her teaching style was a fit for me because she is both patient and skillful. She helped to bring out the artist in me. I am so grateful for what I learned and have taken that knowledge and continue to grow as an artist in my spare time. What also love is that Eileen has made herself available right me and I plan to take more lessons with her soon!"
