With a background in Dance and Physical Therapy, she focuses on alignment and safety first, breath, flexibility and student's individual progress.  You will learn how to adjust the yoga poses to your OWN body.  You do not have to be flexible to do yoga!  But you will increase your flexibility, strength, sense of body and spacial awareness and balance.   You will sleep better.  I supply all props and teach in a calm, beautiful environment.

We are so glad we found Doreen to be my daughter's singing instructor!  First, her sweet and energetic personality gets you excited to to be attending lessons!She has been really great at making suggestions to improve the songs  they are working on together.  And in only a few short lessons she has helped my daughter reach a range that she didn't even know she could sing in!Finally, the fact that she is a performer herself lets her give good advice about working through performance nerves and how to present a complete package!She understands the importance of gaining experience performing and has has already given my daughter an opportunity to do just that!She gets an A+++++++++++ from us!
