Clarinet

I taught beginning clarinet lessons years ago, and my students learned the basics of playing the clarinet. Within the first few lessons you will be able to learn how to produce a quality tone and basic techniques, and as time goes on, you will be able to apply those  techniques to clarinet music. I specialize in classical literature and I typically use the Rubank and Klose clarinet method books. I love working with beginning and intermediate students and I can't wait to meet you!

Hi! My name is Valerie and I am excited to meet you! I taught private clarinet lessons many years ago and I loved helping my students learn new skills and new music. I went to Utah State University and earned a bachelors degree in music education in 2008. I'm a friendly and patient person and I have been classically trained in teaching the clarinet. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
