About Misha S.
Misha Savage is a musician residing in Brooklyn. A graduate of SUNY New Paltz’ Jazz Studies program on guitar, he’s spent his post-grad years residing in NYC wearing many hats – Running a Jam Session in Harlem, Broadcasting with SiriusXM, Producing and Transcribing Beats for Local MCs, Composing Horns and Strings, Teaching Guitar, Booking sets across several prodigious venues, and acting as an on-demand Hype-Man / Host – he’s certainly not one-track minded – using the term Cultural Curator to describe his multi-faceted efforts.
He has been teaching with BEAT NYC and St. Nick's Alliance since August of 2016.
