What is unique is my take on technique as well as how to approach trial and outcome. I dont believe in good or bad players I believe in more or less experience and the high quantity of high quality reps.

My Name is Will, I've been playing Volleyball since 98 and coaching since 05. I love this game and always desire to be better as a player and coach. I believe there is a better way to teach than give kids expectations with out the education. Apart of success is knowing how not to skills so it's a process of elimination and nurturing bold decisions without fear of error.
