Wendy Cottiers was born in New York and moved to Florida when she was eight years old. At the age of 12 her and her mom went vegetarian. She is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Raw Food Chef, Owner of Positive Nutrition, Certified Plant-Based Nutrition Educator through Dr. T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Author of "Healthy is not a Size, it is a Lifestyle", Florida Foodhandler Certified, and Publisher of Positive Nut’s Holistic Minds & Holistic Living newsletter.
