You have likely heard the saying:
"Give a man a fish you feed him for a day, but teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
My unique approach will assure you master music as it applies to guitar. 
The time we spend together will be devoted to giving you the 'secrets' that the guitar virtuosos know and appreciate. 
Learning a song is like being given a fish. 
Study with me I will show you how to 'fish'.
I started playing guitar at 15, taught myself to read music, and went on to play any instrument with strings I could get my hands on. Currently I enjoy playing my guitars, cello, upright bass, ukulele, dobro, and also piano, harmonica, synthesizer and drums. 
I love teaching music. With almost 20 consecutive years of turning people of all ages into real guitarists, I can definitely confirm that everyone learns differently. The teaching experience I have gained helps me to confidently say that I will know how to maximize our time together for your benefit. 
What you can expect:
1. When we meet, you can tell me about you and your schedule so I can customize and organize a goal oriented approach so you always understand what to focus on between lessons. 
2. Lets talk about your guitar, if you don't have one then I will help you with that.
3. Other lessons begin by checking that our guitars are in tune, then I will usually let you warm up with what you were given to practice, and answer any questions. We then explore new ideas, and techniques.
