When I was young, my guitar instructor taught me more than how to play guitar - he taught me about life. I similarly have a passion for encouraging the growth of a person's character through the growth of a person's ability. In my lessons, I will do all I can to give you with great care a practical knowledge of music to help you achieve your creative goals.

While in high school, I began working as a freelance guitarist. At the time, my primary form of work was as a lead player for worship bands and school programs. My humble beginnings in these settings culminated within a year to allow me to play at the University of Dayton arena in front of an audience of a few thousand. This was not the extend of my performance record, as following this event I began to be consistently hired to play for groups in venues both small and large. Following my high school graduation, I began working as a worship intern at a church, planning and leading their music. After relocation to Nashville, I quickly found a place in the music community. I am currently involved with three artists in actively rehearsing and playing shows.
I began teaching private lessons part-time, and had consistent roster of around 5 students. My roster numbers were dramatically increased to 45+ students when I took on teaching in a more full-time manner and began teaching guitar in after school elementary school programs. It was at this time that I realized I had a passion to invest my musical abilities into the lives of others.
