I am a professional and world-renowned Parkour athlete. I have been doing Parkour for 8 years now. I have performed worldwide for companies such as Redbull, Gamestop, AT&T, JEEP, Men's Health and more. I am an Apex Movement LVL 1 certified Parkour instructor My teaching experience in movement is very broad. I have been teaching Parkour, tumbling, acrobatics, and fitness for 6 years. I have traveled to many different Parkour facilities and locations to teach numerous workshops and seminars. In 2014 I opened up a Parkour training facility of my own, in which I teach students, instructors, and staff how to properly teach Parkour and other movement practices. My main focus is to help individuals understand their body, how it moves, and how to be sustainable so they can continue their movement practice with peak safety and health. I can break down and explain movements, progressions, and the practicalities with each of them. I have a lot of experience and knowledge I'd like to share and help others progress with!
