Hello, my name is Victoria! I have been cooking traditional Ghanian food my entire life. I was born and raised in Accra, Ghana, and am skilled in many different dishes from all parts of the country, jollof, fufu, waakye(rice and beans), tomato stew, et. I am also skilled in some Sierre Leon dishes. I have always enjoyed cooking and feeding others and have been told by many friends and family to open a restaurant or share my recipes, so I decided to start teaching. I would love to teach anyone who is interested in learning how to cook a cuisine that is different from their usual culture and learn more about Ghanian food and culture
