Engineer turned Marketer turned Yogi & Blogger! A year ago I ditched my corporate job to pursue my passion of teaching yoga and blogging about an approachable healthful, engaged lifestyle. I love guiding students into their yoga practice, whether they are new to it or have been practicing for years. My favorite part about yoga is that there is always somewhere new to take it - if you are looking to discover yoga safely in your body to increase strength and flexibility I'm your gal! On the flip side, if you're looking to spice up your already existent practice with creative flows that get you into deeper more advanced postures I'm your gal too! I've got experience teaching tweens and elderly, plus everything in between.
