I am a Certified holistic life coach, reiki practitioner, and specialist in the field of meditation and guided imagery. I started studying various scriptures and spiritual books at early age and have been practicing regular meditation since 2001. I have studied and tried all kinds of meditation practices and modalities. I customize my meditation sessions according to the needs, goals, understanding, level and beliefs of the clients. I believe that every problem has a spiritual solution. I help my clients to get in touch with their authentic self, connect to their inner wisdom to find answers to their problems and to be able to live a more balanced, heart centered life. I also teach kids of all ages (5+) meditation classes using guided imagery helping them deal with everyday stresses of life.
