Flute with Tristan C.

Tristan is a viruostic multi-instrumentalist and composer, comfortable in a wide array of musical idioms. He plays Saxophones, Flutes, and Clarinets professionally. ​Tristan has performed professionally alongside Robert Hurst, Hugh Jackman, & Gary Burton. He has also worked in several touring Broadway productions, such as Chicago, Finding Neverland, Anastasia, Hello Dolly, Cats, and Aladdin. Tristan recently recorded with Walter White (former lead trumpet of Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra) and his big band Small Medium @LARGE. The record features players such as Alex Foster, Rick Margitza, Michael Dease, Wayne Bergeron & many others. Tristan has studied under Lee Konitz, Michäel Attias, Benny Green, Andrew Bishop, Richie Cole, & Miles Okazaki. Tristan graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2018, & has traveled to Mysore, India to study South Indian Classical music (Carnatic Music) with Master Flutist Mysore A.
