Music is a great passion of mine that I share with everything I do, whether it be through teaching, performing, producing, or recording. I have had the opportunity to study, perform, and teach alongside great individuals in music and continue so to this day.
I have been teaching both private lessons and in various classroom settings for the past 7 years, some of which include teaching at The Bishop's School (La Jolla), UCSD, and California State Summer School for the Arts (Los Angeles).

I have been taking guitar lessons with Tonga for about a year and a half now. Definitely the best experience I've had with any music instructor. He is well-versed in a wide range of musical styles and has the theoretical knowledge to explain how it all works. Not only is Tonga a great musician, he is also a true professional when it comes to music education. I would highly recommend taking lessons with Tonga.
