Tim has been teaching private lessons since 2009 and is currently available to teach lessons in Manhattan and the surrounding area, at his studio, and online. He has helped students cross over from Classical to Jazz, improve their existent jazz playing, and learn how to play from scratch.

Tim received his training at Manhattan School of Music in 2013 where he received a Masters in Jazz Performance. As an expert in his field, Tim looks forward to helping new students achieve their goals. Tim's teaching style is adaptive, nurturing, and patient.

Assisted in Camp operations; performed as accompanist with the children's vocal program. Stanford Jazz Workshop is located at Stanford University and operates every summer. They employ local as well as world-traveling musicians, many of whom are based in New York City. Some of the greatest performers and educators teach at this workshop!
