Hello! My name is Taylor R. I am a composer, performer and teacher. I have a profound passion for teaching and have been teaching private and group lessons for over eight years. I get to know each of my students personally so that I can tailor my teaching methods to meet their specific needs and present them with what they need to know in ways they can easily understand. The concepts and skills I teach my students during our lessons will aid them greatly in their non-musical lives as well; discipline, confidence, focus, etc. I always make sure my students get the information, guidance and resources they need in order to be successful. In 2014 I was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music in London for composition. I have written for groups and soloists such as The Canadian Brass, Achilles Liarmakopulous, Larry Larson (principal trumpet Kitchener Waterloo Symphony), Steve Park (principal horn Mormon Tabernacle Square Orchestra), John Falcone (principal bassoon "Symphony de Austria"), Nigel Wood (Soprillo Sax Specialist), Niccola Mazzanti (teacher at the “G.Verdi” music school in Prato) and many more.
