Pilates with Tarah W.

Hello, I'm Tarah, a professional Pilates Teacher from London UK living in Brooklyn NY. I am enthusiastic to teach those of all levels and ages. You tell me what you want to achieve and I can make that happen! Your first session with me will an hour and a half but you will only pay for an hour. I like to give clients an extra 30 minutes at the beginning so we can have time to go through your history and I can assess your posture and movement patterns. We will work together to create a plan that enables you to reach your goals at your pace and your budget. You can always message me or email me if you have any concerns or any questions.
