About Tara R.
Tara R. is a CA licensed Occupational Therapist since 2009, and a Reiki practitioner and 200-hour RYT since 2014. She has been a professional bellydancer since 2009 and has been certified in ballet barre and Pilates since 2011. Tara has understood and experienced the power of healing through love, movement, breath and artistic expression for over 15 years. Tara is currently pursuing her 1000-hour Yoga Therapist certifications with the Soul of Yoga, with advanced training in Ayurveda and Prenatal Yoga.
