I have 13+ years of martial arts experience, and was an assistant instructor at my dojo back home. I was a member of the Demo team, and was one of the best students in my class! The first few lessons would be basic foundations, stances, strikes, the works. Strength and flexibility training will also be included. If that sounds boring just remember that is only the beginning! We will quickly move onto forms and self defense techniques and eventually weapons! Ive done this almost my whole life, so I know the formula. and there are endless amounts of things I would love to teach you!

Hello! I am 23 and attending BYU-I. I have been involved with teaching my whole life and I have a great passion for it! I also have a great passion for all things Martial Arts!

 As a Martial artist I have studied American Kenpo, for over thirteen years (including weapons), achieving a 2nd grade Black belt. I was employed as an assistant instructor back in my home town until I was forced me to move on. I have taught private lessons before and am more then prepared to help you broaden your knowledge and skill, and physical health!
