I will meet you wherever you feel more comfortable whether it be a park, your own backyard, or I can meet you at my local gym. I know it can be intimidating but I would love to help build your confidence back up and help you get into shape!

I have 2 different packages available that I offer all of my clients.

The first package includes a 30 MINUTE workout (On any certain muscle group if you'd like) ; 
Up to TWO times a week (You pick your own hours) ; 
for only $70 a month or $10 per session. NO CONTRACT -

The second package includes a 1 HOUR workout along with diet tips and a personalized workout routine for you to take home ;
Up to THREE times a week ; 
for only $140 a month or $15 per session. NO CONTRACT -
